The magazine this came from correctly called Dawn winning the Wallace Cup, the Croagunk Festival, and the impending Hearthome episode.

1. Maybe they just got the names wrong. Happens all the times in magazines like this, atleast from what I've seen.
2. "Already capturing Swinub"? What do you mean?
Battle 9 obviously refers to the next episode, where Dawn captures a Swinub at Mr. Backlot's.
3. I don't see why Aaron showing up would be stupid when Lucian and Cynthia already has appeared, plus we've seen Aaron as a silhouette when Lucian told Ash + friends about the Elite Four.

Again, the last issue of this magazine had all correct info, and it did have the "Lava Badge" mistake (as well as calling Wake "Maxy")
